Bearshare and ZoneAlarm/McAfee

Hi. I was previously an avid user of Bearshare but had Zone Alarm installed on my PC (Dell Dimension) about 6 months ago and since then I have not been able to download anything. I have looked at the settings on Zone Alarm but still can't get Bearshare to download anything. I also have McAfee installed. Please help!
