which mobile phone?

I've always had Nokia phones which are v straightforward & easy to use, recently upgraded to a 6230i however which I found to be a bit slow and also not the most stylish so I switched to a Motorola V3i, which looks fab but seems to have a totally bizarre operating system compared with Nokias! Anyone got any suggestions which phones are easy to use but look good as well?
