Hi,

I have an ice bucket with a lid, with sort of white plastic inside, i don't know if its air-tight, but I will never use it for ice, does anyone know of any other things or types of food that would benefit from this type of container?

I thought of just putting in nuts etc, but i wondered if I could utilise its properties another way (if it has any, i assume it has some sort of insulating properties, but i may be wrong)

cheers

joko I'm wondering, if you have a large enough fridge would it be useful to hold a large salad that you can dip into, or some lettuce. My mum always says 'can you find a use for this....' and I normally bin it for her! Not saying the bucket should be binned, just that she likes to do the same as you. x
My friend received a very large hidious looking ornate crystal ice bucket by another friend for Christmas. She really didn't like it & asked for my honest opinion on it, to which I replied "It's not reaaly for me to say, but It would probably make a good Gazunda".
