Motorola E550 - unlocking problem
0 Answers
In need of some urgent help ...
I unlocked my brand new Moto E550 but no matter what SIM card I use (including the original network SIM that came with the phone), I can not make or receive calls/texts, yet all other functions remain. The network of the SIM appears on the phone, but I am unable to use my phone to communicate. Initially the phone was working fine on all SIM cards, but recently it has decided that calls and texts are off the agenda.
Does anybody have any idea what may have happened to my phone? If I get the phone re-locked back to the original network, will the phone work normally, and if it doesn't, will the network people notice that the phone has been unlocked and relocked if i take it to them for maintenence??
Any advice is most welcome
Cheers
