am looking for a program which will save an entire website to hdd, including pics, links etc. any tips?

HTtrack is a good standalone website copier: http://www.httrack.com/

It is also available as an extension for Seamonkey and Firefox under the name Spiderzilla: http://spiderzilla.mozdev.org/
