I dont want pictures fitted to window size

When I download a picture on the net - it is automaticaly reduced so that it fits the computer screen - how do I turn this off so that the picture remains at its original size?

Hi Tubeway...which browser?

In IE. Click Tools/Internet Options and then Advanced......scroll down and uncheck Enable Auto Image Resizing.

In Firefox. Tools/Options and the Advanced Tab and uncheck the Resize Large Images to fit Browser window...

Should hopefully do it for you....commoner;-)

Thanks that is just what I wanted.

If you only want to do it temporarily, hovering the cursor in the bottom right of the picture should make a button appear.
