this program just freezes after 20 odd secs of encoding,tried everything.....only reply if u have had the same prob as i have tried absolutley everything

if the disc is copy protected you're using the wrong program - try dvdshrink (free download but you'll need nero to run it)

Roxio is so pants. Any freebie off the net will do a better job. Do yourself a favour and stop using this crap. I used it once, It cost me a fortune in repair bills. But a couple of months later I had to replace my PC, It was never the same.

And Roxio if your reading this and take offense - GOOD, as I see it, you owe me the price of a new desktop & time spent replaceing lost files & important files lost forever. Roxio = SH*TE

iv gone back 2 roxio because nero does the same thing!!arrrrrrr lol
