For BT Yahoo...go to Settings-Browser Options-Display-Clear URLs.

For IE.. go to Tools -Internet Options- Clear History.

If you want toget rid of it totally you can do this as long as you use internet explorer:

Tools>Internet Options>Content>Auto Complete.....then untick the web adresses box.

And if you want to get rid of just one entry, for any reason: double click on the search box, hover the mouse over the entry and press delete.

i know someone who wanted to show his dad how good google was.his dad lives in portland so he thought that would be a good idea to tap into google.
