Has any one seen or got any views on Aldi's 32"HD ready tv Available 13th April.�699.

For a start it isn't an HD TV it's simply HD Ready which means it's capable of accepting and displaying an HD signal all be it at a lower resolution than proper HD.
According to this site it is fully HD compliant:

The Aldi tv has 720 progressive and 1080 interlaced lines - that is the ATSC standard for high definition tv.

My advice is to shop around and compare before you spend. This is a technology and the price is falling all the time.
