What software are you using?????????? It makes it a lot easier than having to try and read your mind!!!!!!!!!!
If it is Outlook try here
If it is Outlook Express try here or here (this second link is also applicable to Word)
If they do not solve you problem or hyperlinks are not working in IE try here
In all cases, if you get an error message about msjava.dll and you dont have it installed, just ignore it.
If the problem is with other software, what is it? what version? is there any error message(s)?
