sky + remote control

why is the sky/sky plus remote control so *****ng difficult to open to replace the batteries? you need 3 hands ,1 to hold the top bit,1 to pull back the catch and a 3rd to hold the black bit to slide down to open ,or is it me being a blonde? all my other remotes are so easy to open

Definitely the blonde thing. Being female just compounds the problem. I decided to check my own Sky remotefor ease of opening and actually did it with one hand in about two seconds.

Very easy. Just put it on the sofa and push the catch down while lifting your hand up.

Not a female thing though... take it from me - the 15 year old girl.

Remembering days when there were no remotes. We actually had to get and up go over to the tele to turn em on,change channels etc. No batteries included:-)))

get a 3 yr old to do it for you , they always seem to be able to get "into " things dont they .lol
