How do i connect to the internet ie what options do i have?

My advice dont use internet explorer. It full of more holes (security wise) than swiss cheese. I recently took a friends advice and switched to mozilla firefox never looked back.

If your talking about how to connect your internet (broadband i assume) you could try wireless but thats a tad expensive. If you know anyone building wise you could run a normal extension cable through your attic. If your in a flat you could use mains networking just google Home Plug for that option (although that will only work well with lower speeds)

I agree with the advice about Internet Explorer. Firefox is much more reliable and performance wise, I doubt it can be beaten.
