'Fuzzy Logic' was a term coined by the Computer Scientist, Professor Lotfi Zadeh. It basically gives computers the ability (when combined with Artificial Intelligence) to make decisons based not just on simple 'True or False' criteria, but also to be able to cope with 'shades of grey'.
