Internet connection on laptop using mobile and bluetooth

I am trying to set up the above system using an O2 payg sim card. I have GPRS enabled, I can access the web on my mobile (Nokia 6230i) and connect to the web on my laptop using bluetooth.

The problem is, I cant get any website to open even though the 2 computer screens icon is flashing and I have an IP address.

I can't get my head around how I'm supposedly connected to the web when I don't appear to have an ISP....or is O2 the ISP?
