Hi, could you please tell me how to make a presentation start all over again when it has finished? I am doing a speech and want it to play again in case it finishes before i stop talking! Thanks in advance.

you can just click each slide when your finished, (without timing) so you don't need to worry or you can click 'slide show' 'set up show' then in show options select 'loop continusly until Esc' this will allow it to play until you press esc on your keyboard. Another option is to rehearse you timings - this allows you to read through and add extra time to each slide at you pace, if you want to know how to do that then reply to this and i'll explain.

Thanks very much for your answer. If it isn't too complicated to explian, could you please tell me how to add times for each slide? Thanks again
Hi - go onto Slide Show and select Rehearse Timings - a stopwatch appears and times you , so after you've read the first slide and said what you think you'll say, then press enter for the next slide on continue until the last slide (remember to unselect loop until esc, first or it will time you forever!). PowerPoint will ask you if you'd like to save those times, you can alter this as many times as you like, and if you've fininshed talking before the rehearsed time changes it you can just press enter on you keyboard for the next slide etc.... if you're still not sure just ask.
