About bluetooth

I have just brought a bluetooth dongle. Have tried the cd setup that came with the dongle. But no luck. All I can do is send things from my phone to the computer, but i would like to send things to my phone. Any ideas would be grateful. It's getting abit stressfull after the 100th time.

let us say ur trying to send a file named X to ur phone from the computer. Right click on this file > sent to > you ill see a bluetooth icon. Click on this and follow the instructions.
