I would like to capture audio from an audio stream ( in this case internet radio ). Can anyone tell me how I could do this?

I'm gonna assume your on a Windows PC, in which case somthing like Super MP3 Recorder would do just the job.

I think the demo may have some time restrictions, about 2min of recording but its fairly cheap considering there arent many free alternatives for PC.. (Use a Mac, its easier lol!)

Just be aware it will record EVERYTHING your sound card outputs, so be sure to turn off things like Msn sounds or that clicking in IE and Explorer when browsing if you want a clean grab..

a great little program. lets you record in mp3 or wav formats from sound card or microphone

Audacity is another one that's free - to record live/streaming audio you select "stereo mix" and it records to the hard drive.
