mini motor

I have got a mini motor, its a rev and go so there's no gears. It starts up okay, but when you rev it, it doesn't move at all and then cuts out while your revving it. Can anyone help.

just a thought but try running it on half choke....the chinese one's dont like to run with the choke off?
