As part of my sons GCSE coursework for media, he has created a website. He has been told to print it off and present it in his portfolio (Doesn't make sense to me really,I'd of thought that they should log on to the site and mark it to see its full potential) nevertheless he can't seem to print it as the 'downloading' message always comes up when the print button is pressed. Anyone have any ideas?

Try this. When on the web page click on "edit" and choose "select all" or press Control + A.

Then go to file and print and select "print selection". Then print. That should do it.

Hope this helps!

Internet Explorer can be a bit funny when printing things.

My advise would be to download Firefox and print it with that:

http://www.getfirefox.com

Then also carry on using firefox for everything!
Another browser's Print function should work unless there's something wonky with the printer/connection to it.

Do you have problems printing anything else?

If necessary and if you can see the entire webpage without having to scroll down then press Ctrl+Alt+P to print the entire screen, or perhaps take a screen capture and print that.
