Works ok for me. Why not try www.dell.com then scroll to the bottom and select United Kingdom in the list of countries.

This is so weird - haven't been able to get on since last Friday - was considering buying a pc from them for a friend.

Have tried following different links and from 3 different pcs at my home - wonder if my IP is blocked then?

yup fine with me too - though i wouldn't recommend them anymore, bought my laptop from them and though the product when received is fine I had something of an order problem (due to their mistake not mine) that needed sorting out quite quickly - this resulted in garbled emails and phone calls from somewhere like India (though they refused to tell me exactly where) which took days to resolve and seriously tried my patience (why would they phone me up if they can't speak English even a little bit and just ask me to hold until they have found someone who can understand me - i don't even have an accent). When computer arrived (cost 50 squid delivery!) it was packed full of trial programmes that popped messages up every ten minutes trying to get me to buy stuff, and when i installed another spy and virus check i found they had also installed spyware and set the mcAffe prog that it came with not to recognise them as such � cheeky beggars still battling to get some of the remaining trial programmes out after 3 months.

Anyway sorry for the rant just got so annoyed with dell I can�t shut up about it when someone mentions them� sorry
