Hi I just bought one and ive put some songs on to it but now when I try to listen to them the error lights come on, its all charged and everything i dont understand whats going on!!!

the light go green orange green orange quite a few times.

I know why now it did that, it was because I used windows media player to upload the songs but the shuffle doesnt play them so now I have to use iTunes which i hate by the way!!
