Lost E-mail account

We bought a new pc recently and I am now unable to access my e-mails - says password not recognised. Can anyone throw any light on why this is happening? I'm definitely using the correct pw. Thanks in advance.

From my experience, I would suggest you double check that your username and email address (not just the password) are all entered correctly in the Outlook/Outlook Express Account setup pages.

If you still have the old PC and were using Outlook Express you can transfer the account settings that did work. If you want to know how I can explain.

I do not use Outlook Express - it is a BT Yahoo account - I actually have two e-mail addresses, both with the same pw, but only one works.
