transfer pics from phone to pc?

i have a sharp gx20 and a usb cable. how do i transfer pictures on my phone to my pc? have loaded handset manager but still dont work.do i need software?

Sorry Phil, I don't know about the cables you have, I always had poblems with them, I use a blue tooth adaptor with my PC to catch the pictures I transfer from my phone. The best thing about it is it's called a Dongle! and it makes the whole process really quick.
