How do i get rid of Mdm

I seen to have this annoying program called Mdm. What it does is informs me when a webpage has an error on it and asks me to debug it. I have tired using ctrl+alt+del to turn it off but it keeps coming back, I also tried running msconfig and turning it off that way but after a few days it is back again!! its really annoying please help.

Perhaps you could try 'disable script debugging' checkbox in internet options in browsing section. Works for me. Are you using a Windows os? that should do it then. If no success, uncheck thebox again.
