CD burners

Can somebody recommend a good quality, good value CD burner to go with my laptop?

I hope to use the CDs for MP3s, and also for iTunes files, so I can transfer them onto my Sony MP3 player!

Any CD burner whatsoever will be sufficient. All you need to check is how fast it works.
