pipas.a virus

can anybody tell me how to get rid of this virus?i have tried spybot it detects it but when i reboot its back.also avg anti virus does no detect it or windows defender have turned off windows restore and booted up in safe mode but that wont work either.i have also noticed that when i run avg anti virus it comes up with read error dmbjn exe ,it says its in my system registry could this problem be related to the pipas.a virus?please help

To remove it completely, you may need to disable System Restore and remove it in Safe Mode or it will just keep on reinstalling itself.

Disable System Restore, boot into Safe Mode to remove it following Canson's advice, then reboot and re-enable System Restore.
