when i try to get into my account at the catalogue. a page appeats saying ,this page cannot be displayeed. how do i get round this.i am frightened to mess too much as i dont understand a lot about computers and am just learning. i would be grateful for any help.thanks.

the page keeps coming up saying this page as expiredand saying try the refresh.but nothing happens its saying something about security settings i could get on it before but not now.

Have the security settings been changed?
Mabey the firewall is restricting you from getting in.
let someone who is a bit experienced with computers take a look at it.
