when ever i have read an Email i then send it straight to TRASH and then EMPTY TRASH. Howerver i constantly get a message from ADMINISTRATION telling me to delete old messages as the box is full.

Cannot contact administrator as there is no address, please advise in simple language as i am not particulary computer freindly
