mp3 song ino

Hi I have just imported a load of songs from a freinds ipod and there is no info on them just track 1 etc etc ...is there a quick way either via itunes or windows to add the info quicly if a lot of it is the same or it generates form the internet...thanks

you can select many songs at once, then right-click and click "get info". modifying this will change all songs at once.
