Print it or photocopy it multiple times on the dull side of acetate transparencies (designed for overhead projectors).
Use acrylic paints on the dull side to block in areas of colour - I used blue & yellow and mixed for green - experiment ! I used small sponges rather than a brush.
Turn the transparency to shiny side up and mount alonside multiple slightly varied copies.
I saw this on a makeover programme - with a good picture, the effect is brilliant !
