Help please

Hi i was playing a game on my laptop when the appearance of the icons got bigger, it I tried to sort out, but now the font has changed on everything including when i look at web pages, also backgroung has changed its all white

help appreciated - its really annoying

If youre using XP have you tried restoring to a point before this happened - before doing this though, have you tried clicking the Desktop, going into properties and checking the settings, it could be that the game has altered these from your usual ones - could also ckeck the Desktop and appearance tabs to see if theyve altered?

I have xp - how do i restore it to a point before it happened

will i lose any info since then
