active shield keeps popping up

could anyone please help me,I keep getting a message popping up right in the middle of my screen all the time `SOME COMPONENTS OF ACTIVESHIELD ARE EITHER MISSING OR MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED PROPERLY` I have to keep pressing OK.It keeps popping up every 10 secs or so,I have a mcafee disc but it does`nt do anything to install it.

Problems with my space.

Annoying stop error, PLEASE HELP! :-(
