Can I copy DVDs onto VHS from my DVD player to my video recorder? If so, what do I have to do? Thanks.

Assuming there is no copyright on the dvd disc.

I have to set my vhs to manual record.

Set the channel to EXT2
Set the date, start time and finish time.

When the vhs starts recording, start the dvd.

In the past I have just connected the DVD to the VCR with a scart and set it to AUX1. Connect the VCR to the TV with another SCART so you can see what is coming through..


If it flashes it is copy protected or sometimes tells you this
