Computer simpleton needs help!
5 Answers
I am at my wits' end! All I want is a really really simple computer programme that will let me print out labels for CD cases and discs. I've tried 'Easy CD Creator' and 'Nero' and i find both too complicated. is there a really really simply programme I can use? I like to think I'm fairly bright in other areas, but this is costing me a mint, and shredding what's left of my nerves! All assistance gratefully received.

As a bozo novice to CD labelling I was not over impressed at some I tried - that is until I downloaded a sample of Surething. It was easy to use, carried a fair amount of clip-art and also had templates for a lot of labels other packages leave out!
I managed to scan in images and print them on CD face labels and also jewel case inserts with no trouble at all. Well worth a look, here's a link to the freebie - that may be enough for you, otherwise you can buy the full version. Let me know what you think....

PS and follow-on from Worker:
The CD labelling software incorporated in Musicmatch Plus (the one you pay for) is a version of Surething. I got MM+ with my mp3 player and have kept it up to date, so it appeared long after I'd used the labeller independently. Haven't needed to do any labelling for a while, but I seem to remember it also let you make your own templates if it didn't have one to fit your labels.
