Does anyone know how I can remove this wretched Spyware from my computer without the need to take it in for repair? I have antivirus software (Norton), Spybot, and Xoftspy running. All can detect it but even the dedicated Spyware remover doesn't get rid of it. It appears on the Program files but won't allow me to delete because it says it's being used elsewhere which I take to mean it's got it's claws everywhere! I've had a look in the registry but the Symantec instructions I have seem inadequate for dealing with the problem.

I think i had similar problem in January, I was advised to take my system back to factory settings (what computer was like when you bought it!!) and then re-install Norton, Broadband and whatever else you've put on it.
It's a pain but it seems to have worked for me, good luck.
