unable to connect to server

We have two PCs in the house networked with wireless router One PC has been losing signal regularly on and off few weeks now main PC has problem connecting to server will connect for brief period after booting only (3-10 minutes) signal strength good Thunderbird email ok but won't open web pages
is it likely to be the router at fault or what else please

Anyone with a total remote control please - help required
