AB toolbar

Hi all, what happened to the AnswerBank toolbar? (Italics, bold letters et cetera.) I don't have the internet at home so I use computers at the library and at several different internet caf�s. All in all there's 5-6 different places I alternate between, and all of a sudden I can't access the AB toolbar from any of these computers. All of them have Internet Explorer. Logically it seems unlikely that the problem is on my end, since my end is so manifold, as it were... The library and all of the internet caf�s would not all have changed their systems the same week. But then on the other hand, when I search for the word 'toolbar' in the AnswerBank archives, it doesn't seem to be a current issue. So am I the only one who's missing it...? (Or isn't 'toolbar' the correct term for these functions.) Any ideas?
