Ever since the format was changed on A/B, i've not been able to post a link that can be clicked on, eg, stays in the black, when it should be red.
Would anyone know why this would be, and have a solution,
Thanks.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 you will have this problem, don't know why though.

I've read your link, wideboy, but still not sure what to do. Help, please.

I think that you need to put the http:/www.theanswerbank.co.uk and not just www.answerbank.co.uk and then on 'submit' it turns to red.
Got that wrong then didn't I!!!
Missed a bit didn't I. So my correction is as pickle has suggested
a link that starts with http:// should turn into a link automatically i would think:

http://test.tld

to add some words that are a link somewhere, use html:

< a href = " your link address " > your text < / a >

like this:
click me

(i hope that works)
Just testing:

http://www.gracenote.com

That worked by typing it in. Also works when you copy and paste from the address bar (as it would of course, being the full address :)

e.g http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Internet_and_Te chnology/Edit/Question254233.html

Which will bring you back here - or nowhere apparently!

Hooray!! thanks everyone and sorry for pinching your question, lonnie.

Thanks for your input everyone, it sems to be sorted now, doesn't it, this is just me testing, hoping to see red.

http://www.queenswood.co.uk
let me try < a href = http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Info/Help.asp >here < / a>
ah screw it the good ole days of being able to highlight it and type here over the link are over. it was so quick and easy.
Peanut - you need to remove the spaces from the html tags.
<a target='_blank' href="http://www.somewebsite.com">clicky link here</a>
etc etc

although I've not typed it here, AB adds the "target = blank" bit.

I'll see if this clicky link works.

If all else fails, type in the clickable text and the URL where it says "Or Try This" and it'll generate the code :
http://stevie21.com/celtic/tags.asp

Do you know the answer?
