Downloading Ringtones

I have an LG mobile phone on the Orange Network. A few months ago I downloaded some ringtones sucessfully, but I have tried this evening and failed. I get far enough for the cost of the ringtone to be taken from my credit, but then it says: "Your client is not allowed to access the requested object.".

Any ideas as to why I am unable to download anymore, or any solutions?
