Coverting music files (m4a to mp3)

Does anybody know a good (and preferably free) program that can convert .m4a music files (mpeg4) into mp3?

Not sure if the above links are to free software. but i use xilisoft audio converter, wich you can get off mininova.org just download a full version with a crack or a keygen

dbpoweramp has proved to be ideal - many thanks for the lead.

I already had thhe xilisoft converter, but the trial version only let you convert 4 files at once - the 30 day system that dbamp uses is much better.
