TV on Pc

Hi does anybody know how to get tv on your pc and how much approx it will cost? I know i cant recieve freeview in my area still but would I be able to get something to recieve just the normal channels (1,2,3,4) onto my pc. Would i have to get something installed or would i just plug something in a watch?

You need WinTV (hardware and software) from Hauppauge.

You can either get a PCI card (to put inside your desktop computer) or a USB device (to plug into a USB socket on your desktop or laptop computer).

More expensive versions are available which can record programs, which have a remote control, or which are suitable for digital TV.

I've got a Hauppauge card doing nothing if you'd like it. I had to upgrade to my present model as I wanted to do something my previous version would've struggle with. The only problem is getting it to you.
