My font size only on the internet has changed to large, no idea why or how to get it back to normal

Hold down CTRL and wiggle your mouse wheel.

If Ethel's suggestion doesn't work, you could try holding down the Ctrl key and the - (minus) at the same time. To make the text larger, it's Ctrl and + .
