Help! iFrame problem!!

Here's one for the website buffs - I've just switched hosts with my website, the main page of which contains iFrames. One iFrame I use as the menu, repeated through all the pages so I don't have to copy all the code again and again when I update it...

Anyway, with my last host, I clicked on a link in the iFrame menu and it took the browser to the page I wanted. Great. But now, when I click on a link in my iFrame, only the iFrame goes to the link, not the whole thing! I'm stuck with a teeny weeny page inside a page!
