Does anyone use Incredimail?

Does anyone use INCREDIMAIL???
Irritation....have discovered Incredimail is deleting some of my incoming mail - stuff I had been receiving regularly no probs. I get about a dozen spam each day - pharmaceuticals and cameras - despite blocking and bouncing they still turn up but can deal with that, am not upgrading to get the filter. But can anyone tell me why my 'proper' mail is getting deleted....it's a mystery!

Try the following:
On the Incredimail home page,click onthe Help menu.
Click on 'Frequently Asked Questions'
Click on 'To view more Frequently Asked Questions'.
Scroll down the page and I think you should find the answer to your query.
Also, you could try clicking 'the Tools menu ,selecting 'Message Rules' , then 'Blocked Senders'

i used incredimail for a while but found enormous amounts of spyware so uninstalled it . Put incredimail in the search box on this page & see what you get . Shame 'cos it is cool
