When i try to enter new message rules to my e mail programme, they do not stay there next time i use it. I do click on apply now for these rules, but it does not work. Ant help i can get will be appreciated

Are you making sure that when you set up these new rules, you click on the blue text and specify what folders to move the messages to etc..?
