turning an album into a cd?

hi folks,does anybody from the manchester area that can burn an old album onto a cd.i would like it done with a cover etc so it looks professional.i have been looking for this record for yonks but now i cant play it as the daughter says quote"dad whats a record player".hope there is an old fogey who can help me thanks, dave aged 109.

problem is, professional services cost a small fortune usually. I've got a record deck connected to my PC for this reason, and it can be a complete pain in the arse to remove clicks etc.
You may be able to find the covers on t'internet to download/print.
