yep.
there's one power cable that goes on left (i think) at back, then plugs into wall socket.
there's one aerial lead that goes on the right (i think) at back and plugs into the aerial socket on the back of your telly. You may have an aerial switch box also, which would mean you'd connect the aerial lead to this on the 'game' side. You'd then connect your normal tv aerial to the 'aerial' side of the box, and the cable coming out the other side would go to your tv aerial in.
You will need to tune the TV into the game too, this is sometimes the same freq as a video, but if not, just turn on the N64 and tune tv as normal.
