DNS = Domain Name Server

They are used to map domain names (like www.theanswerbank.co.uk) to IP addresses (the individual address of the computer the website sits on).

If there have been changes to their DNS then it generally takes 24 hours to propagate around the world.

Try again tomorrow and it should be fine.

Its www.fertilityfriends.co.uk
I get the same here and the authorative DNS response is pointing at the same IP address which means... they haven't changed their DNS yet.
