Sky plus "navigator"

What, exactly does the navigator do ?
because (according to Sky) I can buy one for �1.50 on-line - rather than spend �24.99 on a second remote (for TV link bedroom use) - sounds to good to be true
Maybe it is too good to be true ?

Hi Steve, yeah I saw that to, �1.50 for the nav. So I got one and it IS �1.50. It lets you access your emails through your sky box easily , just like having your pc keyboard on your lap. Hope this helps you, let me know if you want more info.

Sky have told me that the offer expired 2 weeks ago so.........
I was given �20 credit because of this
I have bought a "normal" remote for upstairs use.
