AV1 and AV2

Anyone know how to set DVD Recorder to use AV2 Channel? Many Thanks for any replies.

All dvd players and remote controls are different.

With mine, I go to BBC1 and then go down the channels using the arrow keys (the opposite way to BBC2) until AV1 etc shows on the screen.

You may have an AV button on your remote.

Yes, as Ethel said try your AV button, if you do not have one your stuck.

but first make sure it is plugged into the AV2 scart socket.

If your remote hasn't got a TV/AV button on it the symbol for the AV channel(s) button is a square with an arrow going in one side, press this once to get AV1 & twice to get AV2 (you will only get AV2 if your TV has got 2 SCART sockets in the rear. You might also get AV3 but ignore that that is for equipment that uses 3 phono jacks (Red,White & Yellow)
